Military authorization for Non EU citizens purchasing a house

March is the deadline to submit the declaration of assets abroad
Last year the
government approved the 720 model, an informative declaration about assets abroad.
We recall that this model must be submitted by the taxpayers (whether they are
individuals, corporations, permanent establishments and joint ownership companies)
living in Spain who own properties or assets abroad by at least EUR 50,000

Jobless claims fall on monthly basis for first time since 2007
The
Spanish economy is finally beginning to create jobs, albeit at a very slow
pace, the Labor Ministry confirmed on Tuesday. The number of Social Security
contributors grew 0.38 percent year-on-year in February, meaning that for the
first time since the beginning of the crisis in 2008 there are more workers in
the system than there were a year ago; specifically, 61,557 more.
Month-to-month growth was 0.24 percent from January.

REDUCED SOCIAL SECURITY COSTS FOR PERMANENT CONTRACTS
On March 1
the government made official the entry into force of the measure announced
last week in the debate of the state of the nation with the aim of encouraging
the hiring of workers, consisting in reducing the Social Security payments for
non-work-related injuries or illnesses (common contingencies), for all
companies that make permanent contracts .

Work in family
When starting a new business we try to
cut costs the maximum that we can while we seek to surround ourselves with
people we can rely on so usually the family are the first in which we think to
work with us .
It
is quite common that our customers ask us if their wife, husband or children
can help them in their business, if they have to pay the social security being
a family member and in its case if they can hire the family member under a work
contract or they should be registered as self-employed.

Rajoy unveils tax break plan for workers and their employers
Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy on Tuesday announced initiatives to create jobs and tax relief for workers and employers by lowering social security contributions for companies that take more people on to their payrolls.
The Popular Party (PP) leader also said workers earning less than 12,000 euros won’t have to pay income tax. Forty minutes into his opening address in the State of the Nation debate in Congress, Rajoy focused on government estimates that show that the economy will grow 1.0 percent this year and 1.5 percent in 2015.
