Do I have to inform the Tax Office of my change of address?
Not
only
our

family and neighbors want
to know
where
we live,
also
Tax
Authorities and

know

The need to document sales and services
In business as in life often we tend to simplify the maximum we can and especially in regards to paperwork, but too much simplification can bring negative consequences for not clear from the beginning all the points of the business relationship .
A large part of sales and services are agreed verbally. Legally a verbal agreement is as valid as a written one, but it is more convenient to document sales and services to avoid further problems..

More self-employed but less income.
In
the
last
months
due to
high
unemployment,
the government has introduced
many
important
measures
to encourage
self-employment,
such as reduced
fees
for
both
people
younger
than 30
and
also
for people over
30, 20%
tax
discount
during
the first two
years
that
the new
self-employed
people
obtain
a profit
and
other measures that according to the Tax Office have increased the
number of self-employed people but it seem is not gold all that
glitters.

People over 65 will not be taxed on capital gains from sales of assets
Some
time
ago
the
government announced it
was
working
on a
deep fiscal
reform
that
will
affect many
tax
matters
in
order
to
encourage
the
economic
development and
job
creation.
The
government
on
Friday
approved
the
final text of
the
Fiscal Reform.
A
novelty
compared to
what
we knew
would
contain
that
capital gains from
the
sale of
assets,
such
real
estate, shares,
etc
obtained by people over 65 will not be taxed. The necessary
condition
for exemption
is
that
these benefits
have to be invested in financial assets to
supplement
the
state pension (annuities, private pensions,...).
