The government's commitment is to incorporate the most vulnerable groups into the labour market: the long-term unemployed, the over 55s and the less-qualified young people. The Council of Ministers approved the Spanish Strategy to Boost Employment 2014-2016; the Annual Employment Policy Plan 2014, and the distribution of more than 1.2 billion euros to the regional governments for active employment policies. When can we destroy documents?
One
of the
most frequent questions
that
freelancers
and
business
owners
ask is
for how
long they must keep documents such as invoices,
when do
we have to
discard
them?
As you
know the tax authorities, as
a
general
term,
has
4 years
to
review
the
taxes
so is that period of time enough to discard the documents?
Below
we will
explain
how it
is not
as
simple

preservation
of archives.

Get a proper invoice and avoid further problems
In
previous
articles
we have
discussed
about the
requirements
for
invoices
to
be
considered
acceptable
by the
tax authorities. While
it is
normal for
most
companies
to
produce the invoices properly,
many
elude
a
prerequisite,
the description of
the billed
transactions.
If this happens
may occur
that the
tax authorities
rejects
you to
deduct
the paid VAT
if the
description
is
generic,
inaccurate or
incomplete,
so do
not hesitate
when it
comes to
claiming
your
provider
everything
you need to be sure you get a correct invoice.

6 months to regularize your spanish income taxes due to undeclared pension.
The
law
provides
that resident
in
Spain
must
declare
all their
income
in this
country
irrespective
of
their
source,
without
prejudice
to
the
various international treaties
could
establish. Many residents
who
receive
income
from their
countries
of
origin or
others
think it's
done
enough
to
be
paying
taxes
at source
and
not
take into account
the
fact
that
not to
fill up
the income tax in
the
country
where
they live
or not including all the worldwide incomes may
cause them
penalties,
surcharges
and
default
interest.

web due
to the large
number
of
companies
making
publications
and
blogs,
to be
released
in the

attract
customers.
The tax
treatment
of
journalistic
collaborations
already
been
detailed
in
previous articles.
They
commented
on the
possibility
of
combining
work
with
a
freelance
paid
work
without
registering
for
Social
Security as
self-employed.
This is
possible
depending
on the
income they
give us
this
second
activity
and
regularity
with
which
it is
performed.

we have
advanced
in
previous articles
the
government is
working
on a
deep fiscal
reform
in
order to
boost
the economy and
creating
jobs.
Final approval
of the
tax
reform
will
involve a modification
of
the
retentions
that
apply
to the
salaries of managers and
directors
of
corporations.
This
measure is
in line
with
the
reduction
applied
by self

Do I have to inform the Tax Office of my change of address?
Not
only
our
friends,
family and neighbors want
to know
where
we live,
also
Tax
Authorities and
other
government
departments such as
Social
Security

should
know
our
address
in
order to

us if
needed.
The tax

offices,
as well
as variations
that
may occur
in it.
