ARE YOU REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THE 2013 ANNUAL INCOME TAX?

 

Are you resident in Spain? So then you are only not required to fill up the 2013 Resident Tax if you are the following kind of contributor:
 
1. Taxpayers whose income is derived solely from the following sources, provided they do not exceed any of the limits in each case are indicated in individual or joint taxation:
a) Income from gross salary (including, among others, retirement pensions, as well as alimony received from spouse annuities food and non-exempt)  not exceeding the amount of:
 
22,000 Euros per year, in general.
  
11,200 Euros per year, in the following cases:
1. º When employment income derived from more than one payer. However, the limit is 22,000 Euros per year in the following assumption:
                  - When the sum of the amounts received from the second and other payers, in order of amount, are not exceeding in the set the amount of 1,500 Euros per year.
 
2. º When receive spousal compensatory pensions or tax free annuities foods.

3. º When the payer of the income is not required to withhold.
4 º When perceive the following employment income subject to a fixed rate of retention:
              - Remuneration for the condition of administrators and members of the Boards of Directors, Boards performing their times and members of other representative bodies.

              - Income derived from giving courses, lectures, seminars and the like, or derived from the production of works literary, artistic or scientific work, if the right to exploitation has been transferred.

Important: Although joint taxation shall be considered the same quantitative limits indicated above, for the purposes of determine the number of payers shall address the status of each household member individually considered.
b) Income from gross capital (dividends, interest accounts, deposits or fixed income securities, etc..) and capital gains (gains from redemptions in mutual funds, prizes for participation in competitions or games, etc..), provided that all of them have been subject to withholding tax or advanced payments and the overall amount not exceeding the amount of 1,600 per year.
c) Revenue attributed to property arising from the ownership of property for own use , although they have been unoccupied and investment income not subject to withholding Treasury derivatives and subsidies for the purchase of public housing dwellings or fixed price, with the limit set of 1,000 per year.
By not result in property income allocation is not taken into account for this purpose the residence of the taxpayer, or and garage also acquired along with it, up to a maximum of two, and the inbuilt land.
2. Taxpayers in 2013 are derived solely from gross salary income, capital or economic activities as well as capital gains, up to a set maximum amount of 1,000 euros per year, and losses asset value of less than  €500, in single or joint taxation.
Important: To determine the amounts and limits indicated, are not taken into account the exempted income tax, for example, Public grants for studies regulated at all levels of the education system, food annuities received from parents by court or winnings from lotteries and betting organized by the entity State Lotteries (LAE), ONCE, the Red Cross ...
None of the amounts or limits shown shall be increased or extended if joint taxation
