Set up your company with only one euro.

The economic crisis plaguing our country forces the closure of thousands of businesses every year and if we add the difficulty of creating new businesses, leads to a situation of continued job losses and reduced living standards in Spain.

To facilitate the formation of new companies, the government is working on a law that among other measures to stimulate economic growth and employment will allow the incorporation of companies with just one euro of capital.

While in Spain, the minimum capital required to set up a limited company is 3.000 euros, the EU allows the incorporation of companies with one euro of capital. In this case, the idea would be to allow partners to incorporate the company with a share capital of one euro, bringing the rest in the future..

The goal is that money is not a problem when starting a business, and allow any entrepreneur to start their activity at a low cost. Clearly, the entity will have to be adequately capitalized later, while not, the company can not pay dividends or make loans to third parts.

It seems that, from Brussels, has insisted the Spanish government to expedite the needed procedures for the creation of a company. Spain occupies the 150th place in terms of ease of starting a business so, if this proposal ends up being approved, you can start a business with just one euro of capital, which today is not possible in Spain but it is possible in other countries
