The new Entrepreneurship
and Youth Employment Strategy recently launched by the government, has introduced
six new recruitment bonuses for self-employed people and small businesses. The
Bonuses affect permanent contracts, temporary and part-time, the incorporation of young people as partners
in cooperatives and labor corporations and the recruitment of staff over 45.

1. Permanent contracts for unemployed people younger than 30 years.
Recruitment can be full or part time and will result in a bonus of 100% on Social Security contributions for common contingencies during the first year of the contract. It requires the company to have a workforce not exceeding nine workers, not having previous working links with the worker or unfair dismissals in the same work center and professional group in the 6 months prior to the contract, not having previously celebrate another contract under this Article.
For the application of benefits, the worker shall remain on contract for a minimum of 18 months unless the contract is terminated for reasons not attributable to the employer or by resolution during the trial period. The company must maintain the level of employment during the period stipulated in the contract with a maximum of twelve months and not being made unfair dismissal in the previous six months in similar jobs.
