7% rising of new companies in 2013







 



In the first eight months of the current year there have been 65.423 new companies in Spain, according to the study published by Informa D & B. This represents an increase of 7% over the same period last year, when it reached 60.889 constitutions. In the month of August 6.234 businesses have been created, the lower amount in the year due to holiday period. But even that data, still grows 4% compared with the same month of 2012.


The capital invested in new leading companies was 4.769 million of euros, a 20% less compared to same period in 2012, but  the investment in August, increased a 46% compared to July and is almost 50% higher than August last year.

From January to August tered 6.450 companies in creditors meeting issues, an increase of 26% com-
pared to 2012. These companies were employing 64.427 workers, 41% more than in the same period last
year, and numbered a bill of about 19.229million, while that in the first eight months of 2012 was less than 14.010 million.

In August 314 have been accounted for processes, an increase of 18% over last year. Madrid, Catalonia and Andalusia head entrepreneurship datas during these months, with 13.641, 12.437 and 10.836  respectively mind. Among the three represent 56% of all registered constitutions in Spain so far of
year.
