The Council of Ministers approved on Friday the new Plan PIVE -5
, which will support the purchase of efficient vehicles and which may , in
addition to individuals, the self-employed and
small and medium size companies. .
This new edition will remain for twelve months or until the budget for it, which is 175 million is exhausted.
Buyers of these vehicles will receive financial support of up to three thousand euros, provided equally by the Ministry of Industry , Energy and Tourism and the manufacturer or retailer .
The vehicle must be acquired category M1, in the case of passenger cars and N1, for commercial vehicles , and has any vehicle category M1 or N1 property of the recipient is replaced with a minimum length from its first registration ten years , in the case of M1 , or seven years N1 . The vehicle must be replaced because of deregistration in the Directorate General of Traffic.
The price of the purchased vehicles, before tax, may not exceed the twenty-five thousand Euros, except for hybrid electric vehicles and extended-range plug .
Only in the case of large families and vehicles with more than five seats, and for disabled Disabled acquire the adapted vehicles , the limit price of these vehicles up to thirty thousand Euros before VAT rises.
